By accessing and using the services of Blue Valley Farm ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
Blue Valley Farm provides farm equipment repair services including but not limited to:
All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnosis. Final costs may vary depending on additional issues discovered during repair work. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 15%.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A 1.5% monthly service charge may be applied to accounts more than 30 days past due.
Equipment left on our premises for more than 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees. We are not responsible for equipment damage due to weather, theft, or other causes beyond our control while stored on our property.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
New parts are warranted according to the manufacturer's terms. Used or rebuilt parts carry a 30-day warranty. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and equipment made available for inspection.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Some states do not allow limitation of consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Emergency services are available 24/7 but are subject to additional charges including travel time, overtime rates, and emergency service fees. Emergency service does not include routine maintenance or non-critical repairs.
Scheduled service appointments may be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows may be subject to a service charge. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once technicians are dispatched.
All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their equipment meets all regulatory requirements after repairs. We recommend regular maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Blue Valley Farm and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Maryland state law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated to customers directly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal proceedings related to these terms or our services will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
